BT's Fly Tying Friday - Tuff'n Ezy Series of Flies
Gretchen and Al will spend the rest of December and the first part of January presenting a series of flies the couple calls "Tuff''n Ezy" patterns. This Friday Al will demo a standard Prince Nymph with an upgrade that will strengthen the biot wings. Gretchen will tie the Ezy Guide's Prince the couple use for their own fishing and was also one of Al's go-to guide patterns; it is one of the flies from their book EZY Trout Flies.
TIP of the Week: Al will use partridge feathers and fibers for various parts of a dry fly then demonstrate what a "shroud" is and why it's important. Join us to learn the secret.
