BVFF Annual Picnic and Member/Volunteer Appreciation

Please join the BVFF club members for the annual BVFF Picnic.  This is a family event, and a club tradition from its inception.  We would also like to invite our volunteers as well to honor and show our appreciation for their help this past year.  If you were a volunteer for the Expo 2024 or any other project, please consider joining us for some fun and food in the park.

Breaking from tradition, instead of a BBQ and contributed side dishes, the dinner will be catered.  Note that an accurate head count and commitment to attendance will be important for us to manage our expenses.

You may want to bring:

• Lawn chairs (There are picnic tables and benches)
• Your beverage choice (water will be available)
  Please, no glass bottles

To attend this event, please register by name, including guests, so that we have an accurate head count.  You will be asked to check in at the event, and name tags will be available.

Please register before Jul 7.

We will be again meeting at the Willow picnic site in Kristin Armstrong Municipal Park in Boise.
