BVFF & VICE Boise River Spring Cleanup

WHAT: BVVF & VICE Outdoors are partnering on a spring river cleanup.

DATE: Saturday, March 1st, 2025

TIME: Meet at 9am MDT. Plan to finish by noon.

LOCATION:  Meet at the IDF&G Headquarters South Parking Lot  (600 S Walnut St, Boise, ID 83712 -- see map below).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Bring waders, if you can.  Waders are not required by everyone BUT We do need as many people as possible to wear waders and enter the water for trash in the river.
  
  
• Your safety and well-being come first. If you are getting into the river please bring a wading staff.  
  
  
• Weather could be cold and wet so come prepared
  
  
• BVFF supplies tools, but if you have and are willing to bring any type of trash picker and/or a claw-cultivator type garden tool for pulling trash out of hard to reach places, please bring them along (more tools = more trash!)
  
  
• Bring a fly rod if you want to fish after the cleanup.
