Wess Atkinson has been fishing and discovering Idaho’s back country for many years. His main attraction to the back country is the discovery of new places to fly fish, and catching some of Idaho’s most beautiful trout. The thrill of finding and catching big back country Bull Trout is another reason Wess spends much of his time exploring.

Aileen Lane of MKFlies, first started tying flies before she ever casted a fly rod. She is Pro Staff Tyer for Deer Creek, a company that specializes in tack-free UV resin as well as other fly tying products. Aileen also has a website with 2 other women, Rachel Morgan and Rebecca Garlock, called "Fly Fishing Ventures" - a website dedicated to women (and gentlemen) fly fishers where they share fly fishing tips, gear review, fly tying tutorials and feature fly fishing women. Aileen recently became the owner and publisher for Kype Magazine, that will be celebrating its 5th year in print. This magazine will be dedicated to fly fishing only.
