WHAT: Opportunity to help other members and the public develop their fly casting skills.  As part of our Education Program being developed by Joy and Don Knickrehm, we are using the Fly Fisher’s International (FFI) casting development program as our model (see the links below for the details) to bring fly casting education to the Boise valley.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• This day is designated for those who would like to coach others rather than those looking to develop their own skills. Future clinics will be held for those wanting to learn or develop their fly casting skills
• We need individuals who are willing and able to coach others and individuals who may not be there yet but can facilitate a course
•  Don and Joy have offered to work with individuals who would like to coach others but might not yet feel comfortable in that role or might need to further develop their skills to demonstrate a cast
• The program has four levels with each getting progressively more challenging – Foundation, Bronze, Silver, and Gold
• The clinic will consist of setting up and casting each course for you to understand the setup, information presented, casts called for, and evaluation process
• Rods will be provided; however, bring your own if you like
