The second fly will be The Mickey Fin Married Wing Streamer from Joe Bates' book Streamer Fly Tying and Fishing. The WEEKLY TIP will focus on a possible substitute glue to replace Elmer’s Rubber Cement, often used to tie Carrie Stevens’ streams.
