BVFF Outing October 2014

The October outing is to the Grande Ronde River in Northern Oregon/Southern Washington. There are several BVFF members who spend a good amount of time on this river each Fall, and everyone has their "secret sections".
I know several people will be focusing their efforts near Troy, Oregon where their are RV hookups and other basic amenities.
I'll be heading up on the morning of Thursday the 16th to Schumacher Canyon, which is about 30 miles down river from Troy. I'll be fishing the sections up river near Boggans Oasis and then Troy on the 19th.

Fish this time of year tend to be a little more aggressive. I've seen several fish caught on the Grande Ronde in October on skated dries, which is the big draw for me.
